yee haw!
i’ve hit a milestone!
i just want to take this moment to thank my five faithful readers.
(you know who you are!!)
you give me a reason to keep this up! :)
today’s topic: high school dances
last week we found this mug full of hearts on our porch, during a snowstorm.
(determined guy!)
we were celebrating celery’s 22nd birthday,
so xee xee was here for dinner and insisted on diving into the action.
the searching began for the name of the “date”
(now if only she was this determined to find a job. . . . .)
success!! i think. . . . . .
i don’t ever remember doing stuff like this for school dances.
oh, that’s right, i only went to three, and i did most of the asking.
some things never change.
not to be forgotten–here are a couple shots of celery’s cake & candle.
yes, her father is the volunteer fire chief.
don’t tell him i sometimes fire up my propane torch in the kitchen, too.

LOL! I’m assuming I’m Reader #3 :) your candle is hilarious- but think about it this way Scott is the reason why you CAN light candles like this and still be safe. Did she say yes? and did she say it creatively back?
